Job Position: BOOKKEEPER NEEDED FOR ARCHITECTURAL METAL / GLASS/ SIGNAGE

Job Summary:

We are a dynamic and growing finance department looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Bookkeeper. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a foundational knowledge in bookkeeping who is eager to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks, including collecting information, data entry, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance.

• Support the preparation of financial reports under the guidance of experienced team members.

• Learn and adhere to our department’s processes and best practices.

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness in all bookkeeping tasks.

Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles, either through coursework or practical experience.

• High attention to detail and a strong desire to learn.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic knowledge of accounting software like QuickBooks Online is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Preferred But Not Required:

• Some hands-on experience in bookkeeping, through internships, part-time work, or similar.

• Familiarity with financial software or previous exposure to accounting environments.
