Hiring: Customer Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager (Hybrid – South India)

Aceolution is hiring an experienced Customer Service Manager / Service Delivery Manager to support and oversee contact center operations for our newly established delivery center in Madagascar. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a global operations environment while being based in South India under a hybrid work model.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing service delivery, operational performance, stakeholder coordination, and overall contact center governance for the Madagascar operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day contact center operations and service delivery
  • Monitor KPIs, SLAs, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Handle operational escalations and performance reporting
  • Drive process improvements and operational optimization initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders
  • Support governance and operational oversight for the Madagascar contact center

'05; Preferred Profile

  • Experience in Contact Center / BPO Operations Management
  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Manager or Service Delivery Manager
  • Strong people management and stakeholder management skills
  • Exposure to international operations is preferred
  • French language proficiency is an Must
