Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Account Executive role based in Bengaluru. The Account Executive will manage and grow client relationships, understand client financial needs, and present suitable products or services in a clear and ethical manner. The role involves conducting client meetings, following up on leads, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s systems or CRM tools. The Account Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high-quality service delivery, and timely resolution of client issues. The role also includes achieving assigned sales or growth targets, participating in outreach or educational events, and providing feedback from clients to help improve offerings and processes.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in financial services, fintech, or related sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts in a clear, respectful, and inclusive manner.
  • Basic understanding of personal finance, investment, or financial planning principles, or a strong interest and willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized documentation with attention to detail.
  • Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and engaging with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, and digital channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • High level of integrity, empathy, and commitment to supporting clients in achieving greater financial confidence and independence.
  • Proficiency with common office software and familiarity with CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
