About the Role:
We are looking for a data-driven, curious, and deeply empathetic Associate Product Manager II - Consumer to join our team in India. In this role, you will play a key part in executing our organic growth strategy. This isn't just about moving metrics-it requires a genuine love for consumers and a keen eye for UI/UX . Working closely with senior product leaders, you will leverage data, technical understanding, and competitive benchmarks to run experiments that optimize our product experience. You should be someone who can gracefully balance various user personas while ensuring we build features designed to scale .
Responsibilities:
- Execute Growth Initiatives: Assist in evaluating business processes and user journeys to identify friction points and implement effective product solutions.
- User Persona & Scale Management: Design and optimize growth loops that cater to diverse user personas without compromising system scalability or adding unnecessary complexity.
- Data & User Analysis: Analyze user behavior using quantitative (analytics tools) and qualitative (user feedback) insights to uncover growth barriers.
- Run Experiments: Help design, set up, and execute A/B tests, feature rollouts, and upsell/cross-sell tactics to move key product metrics.
- Trend Tracking & Benchmarking: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor growth tactics, and market benchmarks to inject fresh, modern practices into our roadmap.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with marketing, engineering, UI/UX design, and customer success teams to ensure smooth execution of growth features.
- Documentation: Own the creation and maintenance of clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and feature documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or growth-focused roles, preferably within B2C sectors (Food & Beverage, e-commerce, travel, CRM, or Loyalty).
- Consumer Obsession & Scale Mindset: A profound empathy and love for consumers, with a demonstrated ability to think through different user personas and map out scalable product experiences.
- Design & Trend Sensibility: A sharp eye for clean UI/UX design principles, an intuitive understanding of great user flows, and an active interest in staying updated on global product trends.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a technical field with a strong academic record.
- Technical & Product Skills: Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC, requirement gathering, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- AI-Assisted Development & MVP Building: A true practitioner of \"vibe coding\" and modern AI-assisted creation. Highly efficient in leveraging Generative AI tools and agentic workflows (e.g., Claude Agents/Projects, Custom GPTs) to accelerate workflows like PRD drafting and research and capable of using tools and low-code platforms (e.g., Cursor, v0, Bolt.new, Bubble) to independently build, test, and launch functional MVPs for rapid experimentation.
- Core PM Stack & Analytics: Deeply familiar with standard industry tools required for daily product management execution, including collaboration and wireframing tools (Jira, Confluence, Miro, Figma ) as well as data and product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics ).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, attention to detail, a collaborative spirit, and an eagerness to acquire new technologies and tackle complex growth challenges.
