Job Description

The ideal talent will be responsible for the technical aspects of implementing and supporting Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including integrations, reports, and customizations. The candidate should have experience in Workday HCM, with a strong technical background and expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and other Workday technical tools.\n\nYour missions\nCollaborate with partners to gather integration requirements and understand business needs.\nDesign and develop complex Workday integrations using Workday Studio, ensuring efficient data flow and compatibility.\nImplement and maintain integrations while adhering to best practices and data security standards.\nTroubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with cross-functional teams.\nCreate technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides.\nStay up-to-date with Workday updates and incorporate them into integration strategies.\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.\n\nYour profile\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\nProven experience (3+ years) working as a Workday Integrations Consultant with a focus on Workday Studio.\nIn-depth knowledge of Workday architecture, including Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.\nStrong understanding of integration concepts, REST/SOAP APIs, XML, XSLT, and web services.\nProficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues.\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.\nCertification in Workday is advantageous but not mandatory.\nAvailability to join within 1-3 months.\nFluent in English; additional languages are a plus.\n\nWhat we offer\nAn international community bringing together 110+ nationalities.\nAn environment where trust has a central place: 70% of our key leaders started their careers at the first level of responsibilities.\nA robust training system with our internal Academy and 250+ available modules.\nA vibrant workplace that frequently gathers for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.).\nStrong commitments to CSR notably through participation in our WeCare Together program.
