Design guidelines are often interpreted differently across teams and technologies, resulting in inconsistencies that can negatively impact both end users and development teams.\nTo address this challenge, we are developing an automated solution that detects UX inconsistencies and validates compliance with design standards at scale. In this role, you will be responsible for testing, validating, and continuously improving the quality and reliability of automated UX checks.\n\nLocation: This role is open to candidates who are permanently based in India.\nResponsibilities\nConduct iterative testing of automated UX validation tools.\nAnalyze and validate detected UX inconsistencies.\nIdentify false positives, false negatives, and edge cases.\nCollaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to improve UX quality standards.\nTranslate complex UX and design challenges into actionable requirements for engineering teams.\nSupport the continuous improvement of automated UX compliance mechanisms.\nUtilize AI-powered tools to improve productivity and testing efficiency.\n\nRequirements\n6+ years of commercial Experience in UX Quality Assurance, Design QA, Product Design, Frontend QA, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.\nExperience working with design systems and UX guidelines.\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards and UX best practices.\nExperience testing web applications or frontend components.\nUnderstanding of automated testing and validation approaches.\nExperience using AI tools to improve workflow efficiency.\n\nWe offer:\nB2B contract with our US office\n\nLineate is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer - We do not hire on the basis of race, colour, religion, creed, gender, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, parental status, sex, gender expression or identity, sexual orientation, or any other basis protected by Georgian legislation.
