Telesales Executive

We’re looking for a confident, target-driven Telesales Agent to drive customer acquisition and revenue. You will engage with potential and existing customers, understand their needs, and convert conversations into successful sales while ensuring a high-quality and compliant customer experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nMake outbound and inbound calls to promote products, offers, and campaigns.\nConvert leads into customers through effective pitching and objection handling.\nClearly explain fintech products (wallets, deposits, withdrawals) and iGaming offerings (bonuses, gameplay, account setup).\nFollow up on leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and existing customer base.\nIdentify and engage high-value/VIP customers, providing personalized service and offers to drive retention and repeat activity.\nBuild and manage relationships with VIP customers, ensuring a premium and seamless experience.\nMaintain accurate call and lead records in CRM systems.\nConsistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.\nEnsure all interactions adhere to compliance and responsible usage guidelines.\nBuild strong customer relationships through clear, honest, and solution-oriented communication.\nStay updated on product features, promotions, and competitor offerings.\nKey Requirements\n5 years of telesales / inside sales experience (BPO, fintech preferred).\nStrong command of English and Hindi (mandatory for effective sales conversations) .\nProven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.\nStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.\nAbility to handle objections and close deals confidently.\nGood understanding of digital products or willingness to learn quickly.\nBasic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.\nWillingness to work in rotational shifts, including late night shifts, as per business requirements.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nTarget-oriented and self-motivated individuals.\nHigh energy, resilience, and a positive attitude.
