The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced industry professional to join us as a Founding Advisor / Market Development Consultant.

This is not a traditional employee role.

We are looking for someone who understands the Indian AI infrastructure, data center, cloud, networking, telecom, or enterprise technology ecosystem and can help us establish a meaningful presence in the market.

The ideal candidate already possesses industry relationships and can help accelerate our understanding of customer requirements, market opportunities, and go-to-market strategy.

What We Expect From You

This role is focused on helping OneCarat Technologies establish itself within India's AI infrastructure ecosystem.

Your primary objectives will be:

Identify and connect us with key decision-makers across:

• Data Centers
• Cloud Providers
• Telecom Operators
• AI Infrastructure Companies
• System Integrators
• Enterprise IT Organizations
• GPU Infrastructure Providers
• Help us understand:
• Current infrastructure requirements
• Customer pain points
• Procurement processes
• Buying cycles
• Upcoming projects and opportunities
• Arrange introductions, meetings, and discussions with relevant stakeholders.

Assist in evaluating market opportunities across:

• Optical Networking
• AI Infrastructure
• Data Center Cooling
• Immersion Cooling
• Liquid Cooling
• Edge Computing
• Data Center Technologies

Guide us on:

• Positioning
• Pricing
• Partnership Strategy
• Go-to-Market Execution
• Participate in strategic customer discussions where required.
• Help convert market opportunities into commercial engagements.

Success Metrics

Within the first 90 days, we would expect measurable progress in:

• Introductions to relevant industry stakeholders
• Meetings with qualified prospects
• Identification of active opportunities

would be highly valuable.

Preferred Experience

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Existing relationships within the Indian infrastructure ecosystem
• Strong understanding of enterprise and data center buying processes
• Ability to open doors and facilitate meaningful introductions
  

Compensation

• Monthly Retainer: ₹30,000 per month
• Success Fee: 2%–5% of net profits generated from business directly attributable to opportunities introduced or developed by the advisor
• Opportunity to play a founding role in shaping the long-term growth of OneCarat Technologies

The structure is designed to reward both strategic contribution and commercial success.
