Salary: Upto 65k

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Human Resource Management

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Manage employee lifecycle from joining to exit.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

2. Industrial Relations

  • Maintain healthy relationships between management and workforce.
  • Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle labour-related issues and conflict resolution.

3. Compliance & Labour Laws

  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with consultants and government authorities when required.

4. Workforce Management

  • Manage attendance, leave records, and manpower planning.
  • Monitor workforce productivity and employee discipline.

5. Employee Engagement

  • Organize employee welfare activities and engagement programs.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.

6. Performance Management

  • Support appraisal processes and employee performance reviews.
  • Assist department heads in manpower development initiatives.

7. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
  • Conduct induction and policy awareness sessions.

8. HR Reporting

  • Prepare HR MIS reports and workforce analytics.
  • Provide management with HR-related insights and recommendations.

Qualification:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources
  • MSW (HR/IR) preferred
  • Graduate with substantial HR & IR experience
  • Knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliances is mandatory
