Data Analyst
Job Description
We are seeking Data Analysts to help train and improve next-generation AI models. In this role, you will analyze datasets, evaluate AI-generated outputs, identify patterns and trends, and provide structured feedback to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze structured and unstructured data.
Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Identify data trends, anomalies, and insights.
Validate data quality and ensure adherence to project guidelines.
Provide detailed feedback to improve AI model performance.
Collaborate on projects focused on advancing AI capabilities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with data analysis tools and techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools.
Ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytical tools.
Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or data annotation projects.
Knowledge of statistical analysis and data validation methodologies.
Experience working with large datasets.
