About the Role:
We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with strong expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Python, and modern AI frameworks. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and integrating AI-powered capabilities into enterprise SaaS products.
This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI solutions, including conversational AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), semantic search, vector databases, and scalable AI microservices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions for SaaS applications.
- Build scalable AI services and APIs using Python and microservices architecture.
- Develop conversational AI applications using LLM frameworks such as LangChain.
- Implement end-to-end LLM integrations, including prompt engineering, retrieval workflows, and inference optimization.
- Design and integrate Vector Databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to identify and implement AI-driven business solutions.
- Optimize AI workflows for scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and AI platform design initiatives.
- Create technical documentation, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in AI/ML Engineering or Software Development.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI solutions.
- Experience with LangChain and conversational AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience with Vector Databases and semantic search implementations.
- Understanding of NLP concepts and modern NLP models.
- Experience integrating AI capabilities into SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with Microservices Architecture and Distributed Systems.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
