Role Description This is a full-time, on-site AI Engineer role based in Secunderābād. The AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business and technical challenges. Responsibilities include building and training models for pattern recognition and NLP tasks, experimenting with neural network architectures, and evaluating model performance using appropriate metrics. The role involves collaborating with product and software engineering teams to integrate AI models into production systems, writing clean and maintainable code, and contributing to scalable, reliable deployment pipelines. The AI Engineer will also document solutions, participate in code reviews, stay current with advances in AI and ML, and help translate technical findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and coding best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including training, tuning, and evaluating deep learning models.
• Practical experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, entity recognition, or language modeling.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used in AI (e.g., Python) and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience working with data pipelines, model deployment, and version control tools (e.g., Git) is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Secunderābād, collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams, and communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
