Affiliate Growth Coordinator

Role Overview

The Affiliate Growth Coordinator will be responsible for managing and scaling Athlete’s Thread’s fan affiliate program through outreach, onboarding, giveaways, and partnership coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who is social media savvy, highly organised, proactive, and excited about sports, fan communities, and social growth.

Responsibilities

1. Fan Affiliate Outreach

• Identify and connect with:

Fan pages

Sports community accounts

College sports creators

Student/fan creators

• Build and maintain affiliate relationships through social outreach

2. Affiliate Management & Onboarding

• Assist with affiliate onboarding and setup
• Maintain affiliate communication and tracking
• Help manage affiliate partnerships and activations

3. Giveaways & Campaign Coordination

• Help coordinate giveaways, collaborations, and promotions
• Assist with story/post pushes and campaign activations
• Support launch campaigns and affiliate initiatives

4. Operations & Reporting

• Track affiliate outreach and campaign performance
• Maintain organisation across internal tracking systems
• Provide daily/weekly updates on affiliate growth and partnerships

• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable with outreach and relationship management
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Self-starter with strong initiative
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in sports, NIL, creators, or fan communities is a huge plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with social media outreach
• Experience with affiliates, influencers, or creator partnerships
• Familiarity with affiliate or CRM tools
• Understanding of college sports/NIL landscape
