  • Conceptualize and document process improvement and system enhancement initiatives, clearly defining objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics.
  • Prepare detailed project plans covering requirements, stakeholder alignment, testing cycles, risk mitigation, and rollout strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with Revenue, IT, Sales, Digital, CRS vendors, and Operations to drive projects from ideation to implementation.
  • Own end-to-end delivery of improvement projects, including UAT coordination, change management, rollout communication, and post-implementation validation.
  • Measure post-implementation impact and ensure sustained adoption through SOP updates and training.

  • Highlight key risks, improvement areas, and action plans to senior revenue leadership.
  • Support forecasting and strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.

Stakeholder Management & Training

  • Act as a central coordination point between Revenue Management, Sales, Resort Operations, E-commerce, Call Centers, IT, and external vendors.
  • Training and handholding of resort and central teams on CRS usage, inventory discipline, SOP adherence, and new process rollouts.
