AI Agent Builders | 4 Roles | Remote (North America)

We're building something big.
Across 4 core business functions, we're replacing manual workflows with intelligent, autonomous AI agents that reason, decide, and act — without constant human intervention.
We're not looking for prompt hackers or automation tinkerers.
We're looking for Builders — people who think in systems, design reasoning loops, and ship agentic workflows that run at scale.
1. Finance AI Agent Builder
You'll architect autonomous systems that reason through financial data, automate planning workflows, and optimize operations.
What you'll build:
→ Forecasting & anomaly detection agents inside Workday Adaptive Planning
→ Commission validation & quota tracking via CaptivateIQ / Anaplan
→ Variance analysis, accrual workflows & revenue modeling agents
You bring: 2–5 years in FP&A, Finance Systems, or RevOps + Workday Adaptive Planning experience
2. Legal AI Agent Builder
You'll build systems that reason through contracts, obligations, negotiations, and compliance — with full legal governance and auditability.
What you'll build:
→ Contract review agents that flag risks and clause deviations automatically
→ Autonomous CLM: drafting, redlining, approvals, renewals
→ Compliance monitoring agents tracking obligations and regulatory deadlines
You bring: 2–5 years in Legal Ops or CLM + DocuSign CLM & IAM (required)
3. HR AI Agent Builder
You'll design autonomous systems for recruiting, onboarding, employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and HR service delivery.
What you'll build:
→ Candidate sourcing & qualification agents
→ Autonomous recruiting pipelines: screening, coordination, engagement
→ AI-powered HR assistant for policy, cases & employee support
You bring: 2–5 years in HR Tech or People Ops + Workday HRIS (required)
4. Marketing & Sales AI Agent Builder
You'll own the agentic GTM stack — from prospect research to campaign management to autonomous meeting booking.
What Marketing Agents will do:
→ Crawl the web for intent signals & dynamically update ICP segments
→ Autonomously reallocate campaign budgets based on real-time ROI
→ Trigger personalized nurture sequences using NLP
What Sales Agents will do:
→ Vet inbound leads against ICP automatically
→ Read emails, handle objections & send context-aware replies
→ Run a RAG-powered Sales Knowledge Base with pricing & battlecards
You bring: 4–5+ years in Growth or Solutions Engineering in B2B SaaS
All roles require:
Agent frameworks — LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain, Claude Agent SDK, or OpenAI APIs
Orchestration — Make.com, Zapier, N8N, or Workato
Data skills — JSON, APIs, RAG, knowledge base design
Prompt engineering — reasoning loops, hallucination prevention, guardrails
