Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager with experience in handling government digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, client servicing, and cross-functional team coordination to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute digital marketing projects for government clients
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and relationship management
• Handle account management and client servicing, ensuring client satisfaction
• Coordinate with internal teams including graphic designers, video editors, and content writers, Social media manager.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions proactively
• Ensure all deliverables align with client expectations and brand guidelines
• Conduct regular client meetings, status updates, and reporting
• Collaborate with performance marketing and strategy teams for campaign execution

Requirements-

• 2–4 years of experience in a digital marketing agency
• Prior experience in handling government projects is mandatory
• Strong experience in account management and client servicing
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Understanding of digital marketing channels (Social Media, SEO, Paid Ads, Content)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
