Experience with Spring Cloud and related frameworks

\n Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP (multi-cloud exposure)

\n Mentoring/leadership experience (beyond core role)

\n Knowledge of distributed systems, caching, event-driven architecture

\n Exposure to containerization tools like Docker, orchestration like Kubernetes

\n Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

\n Knowledge of security best practices in microservices

\n Experience in performance tuning and debugging
