3. Paint Process
4. Tractor Paint Quality understanding and control parameter Know - How
5. Thourough understanding of PT and CED process , Painting .
6. Paint Parameter setting and Adjustement .
7. Through knowledge of paint techonology .
8. Basic know how of 7 QC tool with problem solving mindset
9. Can Calculate depratement Inderct and direct cost and able to identify / Implement cost saving ideas
10 . Analytical approach on delivery
11. Root cause analysis based on 4 M
12. Manpower ahndling experience
13 .Manpower operation and industrial issue management .
14. Departement control procedure review and control .
15. Process control documentation .
16. Internal and external process audit exprerience .
17. Leadership mindset able to manage the quality and production team
18. Daily issue identification and provide counter measure immediate and permanent
19. Dialy monthly and Yearly reporting to management with direction setting for quality defect minimization.
20. Co-ordination within interdepartment .
21. Cost consoius mindset
22. Knowledge of paint chemistry .
