  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in relationship management or sales, preferably in the finance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of two-wheeler finance products and the ability to explain complex financial concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of customer interactions.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven mindset, with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and requirements.
  • Offer personalized two-wheeler finance solutions, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Process and approve finance applications efficiently, ensuring a smooth and timely experience for customers.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive finance options.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and convert them into successful finance applications.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for all finance transactions.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service.
  • Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to improve finance products and services.
  • Attend industry events and network with potential clients to expand our customer base.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements in finance operations.
