As a Relationship Officer, you will play a crucial role in the bank's Loans Against Gold division. Your primary focus will be on developing and managing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored gold loan solutions. You will be the face of the bank, representing its values and services to potential and existing clients.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship management or sales role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of gold loan products, including loan processing, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software for data management and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.

  • Build and maintain a strong customer base by actively engaging with potential and existing clients.

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments of customers to determine their eligibility for gold loans.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and provide guidance throughout the loan process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, loan applications, and follow-up activities.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and industry regulations to provide relevant and competitive loan solutions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for gold loans.
  • Attend industry events, seminars, and workshops to network and promote the bank's gold loan products.
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all clients.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively driving business growth and meeting performance metrics.
