Senior AI Engineer

This role places you at the center of building and deploying next-generation AI systems that combine generative AI, predictive machine learning, and agentic architectures for real enterprise impact. You will work on end-to-end AI solutions that move beyond prototypes into production-grade systems used by global organizations across industries. The environment is highly collaborative, bringing together top-tier ML engineers, Kaggle Grandmasters, and domain experts to solve complex, high-value business problems. You will design scalable AI applications, APIs, and workflows that integrate seamlessly into enterprise ecosystems. This is a hands-on engineering role where your work directly influences customer outcomes, model performance, and production reliability. You will also engage with clients, enabling AI adoption through workshops, technical guidance, and solution design. The role blends deep technical ownership with real-world impact at scale.
Accountabilities:
You will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering production-ready AI systems that combine machine learning, generative AI, and scalable software engineering. The role spans full lifecycle ownership from data preparation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI solutions.
- Design and build end-to-end AI solutions including predictive ML models, GenAI applications, and agentic workflows
- Own the full lifecycle of AI systems including data engineering, feature development, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Architect scalable AI applications integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, APIs, and enterprise data systems
- Develop production-grade backend services, APIs, and AI-driven application layers
- Implement GenAI systems including prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and multi-agent orchestration
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions
- Deliver technical enablement sessions, workshops, and AI adoption programs for stakeholders
- Partner with internal product and engineering teams to build reusable frameworks and reference architectures
- Ensure AI solutions are production-ready, governed, and aligned with responsible AI practices
Requirements
This role requires strong hands-on experience in machine learning, generative AI, and software engineering, with the ability to deliver production-grade systems in enterprise environments.
- 5+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, data science, or software development
- Strong foundation in predictive ML including feature engineering, model training, validation, and evaluation
- Proven experience building and deploying production AI systems or services
- Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies including LLMs, RAG pipelines, prompt engineering, and agent-based systems
- Strong Python programming skills with software engineering best practices (testing, CI/CD, version control)
- Experience building APIs, backend systems, or scalable application architectures
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and MLOps/LLMOps practices including deployment and monitoring
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in customer-facing or consulting-style AI delivery environments is a plus
