Job Title: JDE Enterprise One Functional Consultant / Technical Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled JDE EnterpriseOne Professional with strong knowledge of EnterpriseOne navigation, Finance modules, reporting concepts, UBE report development/support, JDE database tables, and SQL. The candidate will be responsible for supporting business users, analyzing financial data, troubleshooting system issues, creating reports, and ensuring smooth operation of JDE EnterpriseOne applications.

Key Responsibilities

JDE EnterpriseOne Administration & Support

• Provide day-to-day support for JDE EnterpriseOne applications.

• Assist users with system navigation, menu structures, security, and application functionality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve JDE application issues.

• Coordinate with functional and technical teams for enhancements and issue resolution.

Finance Modules Support

• Support and maintain JDE Finance modules including:

  • General Ledger (GL)

  • Accounts Payable (AP)

  • Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Fixed Assets (FA)

  • Cash Management

• Analyze financial transactions and ensure data integrity.

• Support month-end and year-end financial processes.

Reporting & UBE Reports

• Understand JDE reporting architecture and reporting concepts.

• Execute, monitor, troubleshoot, and support UBE (Universal Batch Engine) reports.

• Analyze report outputs and identify data discrepancies.

• Work with business users to gather reporting requirements.

• Support custom and standard JDE reports.

JDE Tables & Data Analysis

• Strong understanding of JDE database structure and F-tables.

• Experience working with:

  • F0901 – Account Master

  • F0911 – Account Ledger

  • F0411 – Accounts Payable Ledger

  • F0101 – Address Book

  • F0010 – Company Constants

  • F0006 – Business Unit Master

  • Other Finance-related JDE tables

• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and root cause analysis.

SQL & Database Skills

• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.

• Perform joins, aggregations, subqueries, and data validation activities.

• Support database administration activities related to JDE.

• Investigate data issues and provide corrective recommendations.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne Navigation and Menu Structures.

• Experience with Finance modules (GL, AP, AR).

• Understanding of UBE reports and report processing.

• Knowledge of JDE EnterpriseOne database architecture and F-tables.

• Strong SQL querying and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to interpret financial and operational reports.

• Experience in data analysis and reconciliation.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills..

Nice to Have

• JDE Financials implementation/support experience.

• Knowledge of Report Design Aid (RDA).

• Exposure to Orchestrator, BI Publisher, or E1 Tools.

• Understanding of ERP integrations and interfaces.
