Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented HRMS Analysts and Consultants to join our dynamic Human Resources team. In this role, you will serve as a critical bridge between HR operations and technology, ensuring seamless functionality, optimization, and continuous improvement of our HR Management System (HRMS) powered by Zoho. You will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and enhancing HRMS workflows to support scalable talent management, payroll integration, employee onboarding, performance tracking, and compliance reporting. With a strong foundation in HR processes and hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS, you will contribute to digital transformation initiatives, drive data accuracy, and enable data-driven HR decision-making. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about leveraging technology to streamline HR operations and enhance employee experience across the organization. Responsibilities: Configure, customize, and maintain HRMS workflows within Zoho HRMS based on organizational policies and evolving business needs. Manage employee data lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, leaves, and offboarding with high accuracy and compliance. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HRKPIs, workforce planning, and leadership decision-making. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration between Zoho HRMS and other enterprise systems (e.g., payroll, attendance, LMS). Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with Zoho support or internal IT for resolution. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation (user guides, SOPs) to improve system adoption and reduce support tickets. Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement best practices for data integrity and security. Stay updated on Zoho HRMS product updates, new features, and industry trends to recommend process improvements. Support compliance initiatives by ensuring data privacy, retention policies, and audit readiness within the HRMS. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-2 years of professional experience in HR operations, HRIS, or HRMS administration, preferably with Zoho HRMS. In-depth hands-on experience with Zoho HRMS modules including Employee Management, Leave Management, Attendance, Performance, and Payroll Integration. Strong understanding of HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, leave policies, performance management, and compliance. Proficiency in report building, dashboard creation, and data analysis using Zoho Analytics or similar tools. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach to process optimization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train non-technical users and collaborate across departments. Familiarity with data security, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, India's DPDP Act), and audit requirements. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving HR technology landscapes and business needs.
