Job Accountabilities
Have good understanding of the Electric vehicle Charging/ Energy business processes, functions, business drivers/ KPIs and IT solutions.
Ensure business continuity and high availability of business applications as per SLA
Provide level 2 support to the business applications as per SLA
Investigate problem trends, identify root cause of problems and suggest possible solutions to business
Ensure on time delivery of business data requirements
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
Understanding Business capabilities, Business Processes and Technology Landscape
In depth understanding and experience of supporting portal applications
In depth understanding and experience of working on Oracle/ SQL database
Ability to write the custom queries and stored procedures in DB to retrieve data as per business requirement
Understanding of ETL, Middleware technology
Ability to interact with Business stakeholders
Presentation and documentation skills
Understanding of IT Service management framework, processes (ITIL)
Understanding of Software Delivery Life Cycle with Waterfall as Agile methodology in DevOps Environment
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
Graduate from a reputed/recognized institute (BE/B. Tech in IT / Computer Science Engineering)
2-5 years of experience in L2 operation support.
