- Digital Communications - Campaigns, notifications, other relevant communications for existing & prospective customers
- Manage customer service desk, QRC process & Customer Surveys, social media, etc
- Other Digital campaigns, marketing & branding activities for customers & prospective customers
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to segment business lines and the Institutional Partners that use the suite of Advisory Services.
- Understand pipeline and sales strategy; determine client opportunities and support needs; and develop an annual plan to support needs of clients.
- Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to identify trends, behaviours, and opportunities within different customer segments.
- Monitor market dynamics and competitive landscape to assess how they impact customer segment requirements.
- Provide actionable recommendations to enhance product development and marketing strategies, ensuring they align with segment-specific expectations.
Customer Segmentation: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Sales, to identify customer segment requirements and preferences.
- Develop targeted product offerings, services, and marketing campaigns based on customer profiles and segment-specific needs.
- Develop and implement strategies for acquiring and retaining clients within each segment.
- Collaborate with Marketing teams to create tailored content, communications, and campaigns that resonate with target segments.
Financial and Portfolio Management: - Meets with clients to assess asset status, needs, risks, goals, and progress.
- Prepares financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
- Develops, organizes, and maintains client portfolios.
- Manages client assets according to investment preferences and goals.
Performance Monitoring and Adaptation: - Monitor the performance and effectiveness of segment-specific initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.
