Solutions Architect - HR Technology
Role Summary
We are seeking an AI-forward engineer to design, build, and scale an intelligent People Technology ecosystem. This role will architect AI-powered workflows, build system integrations, develop automation services, and create scalable interfaces that enable HR and business leaders to leverage real-time data.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working across backend services, APIs, AI tools (including Claude Code or similar LLM frameworks), and lightweight front-end interfaces. This individual should demonstrate strong all-purpose programming fluency and the ability to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement AI-driven HR workflows and decision-support tools
Integrate internal AI systems (e.g., LLM-based agents) with HR platforms
Build microservices and APIs to connect HR systems, data sources, and AI agents
Develop and optimize batch imports/exports and SFTP data flows
Ensure data quality, governance, and reconciliation across systems
Rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code)
Required Experience & Capabilities
1-5 years of programming experience in systems engineering, platform engineering, or applied AI
Strong general-purpose programming fluency (language-agnostic mindset)
Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
Experience deploying or integrating LLM-based tools
Ability to build or modify lightweight front-end interfaces when required
Strong understanding of structured data models and enterprise data flows
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving AI-enabled environments
Preferred
Experience in HRIS, ATS, or enterprise SaaS ecosystems
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools
Exposure to secure data handling and permission-based access systems
