Data Scientist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making. You will work with large datasets to derive actionable insights, build predictive models, and support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and validate statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

• Analyze large datasets using advanced data analytics techniques.

• Communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders via dashboards, presentations, and reports.

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models into production systems.

• Evaluate and improve model performance over time.

Required Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python or R with libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.

• Experience with SQL and big data tools like Spark, Hive, or Hadoop.

• Strong understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).

• Proficient in building and deploying machine learning models in production.
