Business Development (4–7 Years Experience)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development to accelerate our enterprise sales efforts and strengthen client relationships. This role combines outbound sales, account-based prospecting, market intelligence, sales enablement, account management, and revenue operations to drive sustainable business growth.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with IT Services, Technology Consulting, AI/Data Consulting, Cloud, Digital Engineering, or SaaS organizations and possess the ability to build pipelines, engage enterprise stakeholders, manage client accounts, and support revenue growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities
Strategic Outbound Sales & Pipeline Development
  • Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other channels to generate qualified enterprise opportunities.
  • Build and execute Account-Based Outreach (ABO/ABM) strategies aligned with business priorities, customer challenges, and buying committees.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), buyer personas, and account segmentation frameworks for focused prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality prospect databases while ensuring CRM hygiene and data accuracy.
  • Execute multi-touch engagement sequences to nurture prospects and accelerate sales conversations.
  • Coordinate lead generation, qualification, follow-ups, proposal discussions, and meeting scheduling.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing customer accounts.
Market Research & Account Intelligence
  • Conduct deep research on target accounts to identify business challenges, strategic initiatives, technology investments, stakeholder mapping, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, market movements, and emerging technology adoption.
  • Identify buying signals and strategic triggers such as AI adoption programs, cloud modernization initiatives, digital transformation projects, operational excellence programs, M&A activities, and leadership changes.
  • Develop executive-ready account briefs, market intelligence reports, competitive analyses, and meeting preparation documents.
  • Translate research findings into actionable sales strategies and value-driven outreach messaging.
Client & Account Management
  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts with an ownership mindset.
  • Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive sponsors.
  • Conduct regular governance meetings, account reviews, business updates, and follow-up discussions.
  • Partner with delivery and consulting teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and execution.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and value realization.
  • Support contract renewals, commercial discussions, and account expansion initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Proposal Management
  • Collaborate with leadership, consulting, and delivery teams to create customized proposals, presentations, one-pagers, pitch decks, and sales collateral.
  • Ensure all client-facing content reflects strong business storytelling, clarity, and professional quality.
  • Maintain and continuously enhance the sales enablement repository, including case studies, service offerings, industry insights, competitive intelligence, and success stories.
  • Standardize sales templates, messaging frameworks, outreach playbooks, and enablement assets.
  • Support client presentations, solution discussions, and executive engagements.
Revenue Operations & Process Excellence
  • Track outreach performance, campaign effectiveness, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue contribution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, reporting dashboards, forecasting data, and pipeline reviews.
  • Work closely with leadership to optimize outbound strategies, account prioritization frameworks, and sales processes.
  • Coordinate end-to-end sales operations, including follow-ups, meeting management, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
  • Drive operational excellence through process improvements, automation opportunities, and scalable sales workflows.



Required Qualifications
  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
  • 4-7 years of experience
  • Experience selling or supporting sales of IT Services, Cloud, AI/Data, Digital Engineering, SaaS, or Technology Consulting solutions.
  • Exposure to enterprise sales across Indian and/or global markets.

  • High level of curiosity toward AI, emerging technologies, and modern go-to-market strategies.

    Good to Have
  • Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and strategic outbound programs.
  • Exposure to AI copilots, LLM workflows, business automation platforms, and no-code AI tools.
  • Experience creating executive-level proposals, business cases, and sales presentations.
  • Knowledge of sales analytics, campaign optimization, and revenue operations.
  • Understanding of enterprise AI, data transformation, cloud modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.

Hands-on experience with:
  • CRM Platforms: Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent
  • Sales Engagement Tools: Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Salesloft
  • Productivity Tools: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
  • Presentation Tools: PowerPoint, Google Slides
  • AI Productivity Tools: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and related research platforms
