Graphic Designer & Video Editor

LITLIFE
Gurugram, HR, IN Full Time
Reference: 1804c13c8486d67b

Job Description

LIT LIFE is a bold body-care universe for shame-coded body parts - pits, bums, back, feet and everything in between

The spine: real science, sharp culture, zero awkwardness.

We are building the founding team.

TL;DR

Design the assets. Edit the reels. Use AI. Move fast. Make it look expensive.

We need a hands-on designer-editor who can create the visual assets that make LitLife feel sharp, premium and culturally alive.

This is not just a “make posts” role. You will work across packaging inputs, digital assets, reels, product pages, ads, launch creatives and content systems. AI-savvy is not optional. It is a mandate.

What you’ll do

  • Design social creatives, carousels, reel covers, launch assets and campaign graphics.
  • Edit reels, founder videos, product videos, UGC-style videos and ad creatives.
  • Create digital assets for website, product pages, marketplace listings and ads.
  • Support packaging inputs, mockups, layout adaptations and visual systems.
  • Use AI tools for ideation, image direction, editing, motion, mockups and speed.
  • Build templates so the brand does not look random every week.
  • Work with campaign, copy, content and brand teams.
  • Make content look premium without slowing the team down.

You are a fit if

  • You can design and edit.
  • You understand Instagram, reels, DTC ads and digital-first brands.
  • You know Adobe/Figma/Canva/CapCut or equivalent tools.
  • You actively use AI tools.
  • You have taste and speed.
  • You can take feedback without ego.
  • You care about details, but still ship.

You are NOT a fit if

  • You are anti-AI.
  • You only know static design.
  • You cannot edit videos.
  • You need perfect briefs for everything.
  • You make things that look like every other DTC brand.
