Social Media Marketing Manager

Rise for Men is looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Manager to help grow and manage our presence on our socials.

While we are a remote-first team, we would ideally want a candidate based in Bangalore to allow for easier collaboration and occasional in-person work.

Role Description

• Social Media Management: Own the brand’s social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, and any additional platforms.
• Creator Partnerships: Identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with creators.
• Content Strategy & Scripting: Coming up with fresh content ideas, writing scripts for content, and tracking trends.
• Posting & Engagement: Handling the day-to-day posting schedules across all platforms and tracking relevant metrics.

If you are comfortable being in front of the camera and can shoot/host content yourself, that is a massive plus!

Requirements

• Strong understanding of content and social media.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Bonus: Experience with content creation in any form, whether in a personal capacity or for a page.
