Job Description
The role will collaborate with AI and product teams to explore new applications of generative tools, establish creative standards for AI-assisted workflows.\nQualifications\nStrong Creative Direction and Creative Strategy skills, with a track record of leading concepts from idea to execution.\nExperience in Branding, including brand architecture, visual identity systems, and consistent storytelling across channels.\nProficiency in Art Direction and Graphic Design, with the ability to guide layout, typography, imagery, and overall visual quality.\nFamiliarity with AI-driven creative tools (e.g., generative image, video, and text platforms) and their integration into design workflows.\nDemonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing.\nStrong presentation, communication, and feedback skills, with the ability to articulate creative rationales to diverse stakeholders.\nExperience managing or mentoring creative teams in a remote or distributed environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nPortfolio showcasing strategic thinking, high-quality visual work, and examples of innovative or technology-enabled creative projects.
