Job Description
You'll own media planning and campaign execution across Google YouTube, DemandGen, OTT, and Meta — while managing content partnerships and media deals. You'll work closely with brand, creative, and agency teams to take briefs from planning to live.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nPlan and execute brand campaigns across Google YouTube, DemandGen, and DV360 — covering audience planning, optimised for reach & frequency\nRun Meta brand awareness campaigns via Meta Business Suite, including Brand Lift study coordination\nManage OTT media buys and brand integrations on platforms like JioHotstar, Amazon Prime Video, SonyLIV & Zee5\nHandle content partnerships, influencer deals, and affiliate campaigns end-to-end\nPlan and execute revenue-barter arrangements (affiliates and partnerships) with network partners and apps\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n2–4 years in brand media planning, media buying, or worked in a media agency — focused on branding campaigns\nHands-on with at least 2–3 of the tools listed below\nExperience managing affiliate or influencer partnerships end-to-end\nStrong internal and stakeholder management — comfortable working across brand, agency, and vendor teams simultaneously\nAdded advantage: Prior experience in print and TV media planning and execution\nBonus: Background in D2C, FMCG, or health and wellness brands\n\nTool Knowledge\nGoogle Ads Manager · DV360 · Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) · Meta Business Suite · Comscore · SimilarWeb · Excel / Google Sheets · PowerPoint\n\nWhy Join\nYou'll get real hands-on exposure to building a fast-growing Ayurvedic D2C brand — understanding how brand media decisions translate into consumer perception and business impact.
