Role Overview

Own product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered healthcare products. Balance user needs, clinical realities, and AI capabilities. Drive product from discovery to launch, working across engineering, design, and clinical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI healthcare products
• Own conversational AI and Voice AI product experiences across patient touchpoints
• Translate customer, clinical, and market needs into well-scoped product requirements

Discovery & Delivery

• Lead discovery, validation, and prioritization grounded in data and research
• Partner with engineering and design on high-impact, user-centric features
• Drive product launches end-to-end; own KPIs and success metrics
• Define success metrics; measure and iterate on outcomes post-launch

AI & Healthcare Domain

• Stay current on AI/LLM capabilities; responsibly apply to healthcare workflows
• Navigate healthcare compliance (HIPAA, etc.) in product decisions
• Build AI teammates across scheduling, prior auth, eligibility, and care coordination
• Communicate roadmap, trade-offs, and progress to stakeholders and founders

SDLC & Process

• Drive agile/SDLC practices across the product development lifecycle
• Coordinate cross-functional teams on prioritization, sprint planning, and delivery

Requirements

• 4–7 years product management; AI/ML or data-driven products preferred
• Healthcare, digital health, or health-tech domain experience
• Strong understanding of building with AI/LLM capabilities and limitations
• Proven track record shipping products concept → launch
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization
• Data-informed decision-making and experimentation
• Healthcare regulatory and privacy familiarity (HIPAA)
• Startup mindset, high ownership, and AI-first working style

Nice-to-Have

• Conversational AI, agents, or voice product experience
• Clinical stakeholder or care team engagement experience
• Technical background or ML team collaboration comfort
• SDLC/agile maturity and product development best practices at scale
