Role Overview\nWe are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager who understands content, culture, community, and conversion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms while managing multiple client accounts and driving measurable engagement and growth.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms.\nCreate monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and campaign goals.\nCollaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and account managers to produce engaging content.\nManage brand communication, community engagement, comments, DMs, and online reputation.\nIdentify trends, platform updates, and viral opportunities to enhance brand visibility.\nMonitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.\nAnalyze engagement, reach, follower growth, and content performance to optimize strategy.\nCoordinate with performance marketing teams to align organic and paid campaigns.\nPresent social media plans, performance reports, and recommendations to clients.\nHandle multiple client accounts while ensuring timely execution and quality delivery.\n\nRequired Skills\n2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency.\nStrong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, and YouTube algorithms.\nExcellent content planning, storytelling, and copywriting skills.\nExperience using Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar tools.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAgency experience handling multiple client portfolios.\nKnowledge of influencer marketing and social media trends.\nBasic understanding of performance marketing, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.\nExperience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
