We’re looking for an experienced Project / Program Manager to join our Project Management team and play a critical role in managing complex programs with cross‑functional teams and global customers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead timely project kick‑off for awarded projects
- Prepare, track, and update project Gantt charts and delivery schedules
- Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams (PR&D, AR&D, PE, QA, QC, Production, etc.)
- Maintain and update action trackers for project activities
- Share regular project updates with customers and Business Development teams
- Organize and facilitate teleconferences / video conferences with customers
- Present project status during Project Review Meetings (CDRT)
- Proactively identify, highlight, and escalate risks or roadblocks to senior management
- Ensure complete and timely project documentation , including closure
- Coordinate with Finance and BD for invoice generation and updates

- On‑time project delivery (QUOTIF ) as committed
- Effective handling of scope changes, project creep, and stakeholder communication
- Overall project governance and customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Experience
- M.Sc. (Chemistry) or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 6 years’ experience working with cross‑functional teams (PR&D, AR&D, Tech Transfer, PE, Production, Outsourcing)
- 8–12 years’ experience as a Program / Project Manager in a reputed CDMO
- API CDMO preferred
- Formulation CDMO acceptable
- CRO experience least preferred
- PMP certification / MBA – desirable but not mandatory
