About the Role
We're looking for a Video Editor – Performance Marketing who knows how to create videos that don't just look good—they convert. You'll be responsible for editing high-performing ad creatives across Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital platforms, with a strong focus on driving engagement, clicks, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-converting performance marketing videos for Meta, Instagram, YouTube, Google, and other digital platforms.
- Create engaging ad creatives, product videos, UGC edits, motion graphics, and short-form content.
- Develop multiple creative variations for A/B testing.
- Craft compelling hooks, pacing, and storytelling to maximize watch time and conversions.
- Collaborate with creative strategists, copywriters, designers, and media buying teams.
- Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short-form assets.
- Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and platform best practices.
- Ensure all creatives align with brand guidelines while meeting campaign objectives.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience editing performance marketing creatives.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital ads and conversion-focused video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other relevant editing tools.
- Strong understanding of Meta, Instagram, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms.
- Experience with UGC-style editing, motion graphics, subtitles, kinetic typography, and sound design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent visual storytelling skills.
