Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Sales & Lead Generation- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns:
- Cold Email
- Cold Calling
- LinkedIn Outreach
- Identify and research potential clients across India.
- Build targeted prospect lists and maintain outreach pipelines.
- Book qualified meetings and generate business opportunities.
- Target small and medium-sized brands primarily.
- Identify decision-makers in marketing, branding, content, and growth functions.
- Develop personalized outreach strategies for different industries.
- Manage outreach sequences and follow-ups.
- Track response rates, meetings booked, and conversion metrics.
- Continuously optimize messaging and targeting.
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, SDR, BDR, growth, or lead generation roles.
- Hands-on experience with email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and cold calling.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to generate meetings through outbound efforts.
- Experience working with media agencies, marketing agencies, branding firms, content businesses, or directly with brands.
- Understanding of marketing, content creation, branding, or digital media ecosystems.
- Experience selling services on a retainer model.
- Self-starter with a builder mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Results-driven with a focus on pipeline generation and revenue impact.
