About the Role:
Roomy's Jewellery is looking for passionate and customer-focused Jewellery Stylists & Consultants to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting jewellery, provide styling recommendations, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
• Provide personalized styling and product consultation.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Perform upselling and cross-selling activities.
• Handle customer queries and after-sales support.
• Maintain store presentation and display standards.
• Follow company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Sales-oriented and customer-focused approach.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.
• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, fashion retail, or sales is preferred.
