About the Role

We are looking for an SDR Intern who will primarily focus on cold calling and prospect outreach to generate qualified meetings and sales opportunities.

In addition to outbound calling, you will support the sales and marketing team with lead research, prospecting, follow-ups, CRM updates, and other growth-related activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident speaking with new people, enjoys building relationships, and wants to learn how B2B sales works in a startup environment.


What You'll Do

  • Make outbound cold calls to potential prospects and introduce Steps AI
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities
  • Schedule product demo meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects through calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct basic lead research and prospect identification
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities in CRM tools
  • Support the team with prospect list building and data collection
  • Assist with sales and marketing initiatives whenever required
  • Learn and implement outbound sales best practices
