Supporting the "Make in India" initiative of our government, we inaugurated our manufacturing facility in 2022 to serve our Indian defence sector and explore export opportunities.\n\nJob Statement\nOM Planner responsibility is to manage end-to-end order fulfilment by coordinating with customers,\nsales, production, procurement, logistics, and warehouses to ensure on-time delivery, optimize\ninventory, and achieve high customer satisfaction.\n\nFunctionally for order processing, planning, procurement coordination, supplier capacity assessment,\nand data-driven reporting to ensure smooth execution of customer orders and supply chain alignment.\n\nJOB RESPONSIBILITY\n\nOrder Processing through CRM & ERP systems\n· Booking of customer orders in CRM (Salesforce) & ERP (EPICOR) systems.\n· Making sure the systems runs MRP after processing.\n\nOrder Terms & Conditions response\n· Review of PO T&C and preparation of responses.\n· Ensure accuracy of order data and compliance.\n\nInternal Co-ordination\n· Cross-communication with CFT’s to prepare the response of T&C\n· Making sure the child parts has booked & order sent to suppliers\n· Alignment with production planner to execute smoothly\n\nProduction Planning\n· Support production planning based on order priorities.\n· Monitor inventory levels and ensure material availability.\n· Coordinate with PPC for execution alignment.\n\nExternal Communication\n· Preparation of open order reports.\n· Sharing insights with customers, Designers, Users and internal teams.\n· Proactive communication on order status and delays.\n\nReporting & Analysis\n· Generate reports on order status, backlog, and delivery.\n· Provide data insights for decision making.\n\nKey Skills/Competencies:\n· Advance in Microsoft PPT, Excel & Words\n· Purchase Order Management – End to End\n· Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce & EPICOR)\n· Supply Chain co-ordination & Planning\n· Strong communication and co-ordination skills\n· Inventory Control & Planning\n· MRP Runs\n· Demand Forecasting\n· Customer Fulfilment\n· Backlog Management\n· KPI Reporting\n· Power BI\n· Cross-functional Coordination\n· Process Improvement\n· Logistics Coordination\n· Stakeholder Management\n\nQualifications\nStrong skills in production and materials planning, including order management, capacity planning, and scheduling in a manufacturing environment.\nProficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel or similar tools for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting.\nAbility to coordinate cross-functionally with sales, production, procurement, logistics, and quality teams to align plans with operational realities.\nDemonstrated strengths in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making under deadlines and changing priorities.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present plans and performance metrics clearly to stakeholders.\nExperience in electronics, components, or related manufacturing sectors is highly desirable.\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field; a master’s degree or professional certificationis an advantage.\nCollaborative mindset and openness to continuous improvement and learning.\n\nExperience: 5-15+ Years
