• Motion Graphic Artist cum Video Editor: Mid-level - 1 position
Experience: 2-5 years
• Motion Graphic Artist cum Video Editor: Junior - 1 position

🔹Job Purpose:
The Video Editor cum Motion Graphics Artist is responsible for overseeing the post-production process from start to finish. This role bridges the gap between raw narrative footage and dynamic visual design, ensuring all video content is engaging, polished, and aligned with marketing and brand objectives.
🔹Key Responsibilities:
• Video Post-Production: Trim, segment, and piece together raw footage into a seamless, cohesive story. Ensure optimal pacing, audio syncing, sound design, and colour grading.
• Motion Graphics & Animation: Create custom 2D/3D animations, lower thirds, title cards, infographics, and kinetic typography to elevate standard video content.
• Asset Management: Organise and archive project files, raw footage, and brand assets systematically for future use.
• Platform Optimisation: Format and optimise video outputs for specific platforms (e.g., 9:16 vertical for Reels, 16:9 for YouTube/Web, 1:1 for feeds).
• Collaboration & Iteration: Participate in brainstorming sessions. Take constructive feedback from stakeholders and execute revisions efficiently.
🔹Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of AI Video Generation, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Familiarity with various video codecs, export settings, and compression standards.
🔹Creative Skills:
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling.
• Solid grasp of colour theory, typography, and layout design.
Soft Skills:
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good communication skills to explain creative choices and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
🔹Preferred Qualifications:
• Degree/Diploma in Filmmaking, Animation, video editing or a related field (equivalent practical experience is highly valued).
• Experience in designing high-performing video ads for digital marketing campaigns.
🔹Location: On-site - Ahmedabad.
