This position will give you an opportunity to closely work with the company’s senior leadership who will guide and mentor you in the evolution of your sales career in a dynamically evolving technology landscape.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nSelling one or more of the following End-to-End Data / AI / ML / Analytics and Digital Product Engineering Services for the U.S.

Market\nVerticals: Industrial, Logistics, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, EdTech, Transportation\nGrowing the Data / AI / ML / Digital footprint within the Transportation and Logistics, Oil and Gas, Industrial, HiTech, EdTech verticals\nGenerate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online research\nFix appointments for company’s Senior Management for North America market\nActively Participate in meetings with Prospects and Customers along with the company’s Senior Leadership and Business Unit Heads\nUnderstand customer needs and position appropriate engineering solutions\nMaintain and update CRM with client interactions and opportunity tracking\nMeet or exceed sales targets and KPIs\nEnd-to-End Sales Hunting and Account Management\nImplement strategic and operational sales plan\nExclusive Focus on new logo hunting\nCreate pipeline of high-value accounts\nFocus will be on new customer acquisition and winning long-term strategic customers\nBuild, sustain and maintain long term relationship with key and strategic customers\nCoordinate with technical teams to ensure client satisfaction\nDrive focused campaigns\n\nQualifications:\n\nEducation: Bachelors or Master’s degree(Engineering degree preferred); additional MBA preferred\n\nExperience:\n\n4–10+ years in B2B sales in any of the following areas - Engineering Services, Digital Technologies, Intelligent Connected Products\nMinimum sales experience of 4 years in Overseas Markets (US Preferable)\nDomain Knowledge (Must Have): Cloud/Data/AI/ML/Analytics Engineering Services and/or Digital Product Engineering Services\nVertical Experience (Nice to Have): Experience in one or more of the following verticals: Transportation, Industrial, Manufacturing, Hi-Tech, and Oil & Gas, EdTech\n\nRequired Skills:\n\nCapability to have a CXO and Digital leadership level conversation.\nCapability to have high impact conversation and give suggestions on outsourcing process to the customer\nCapability to set buying criteria and develop coaches in large deals\nShould be comfortable focusing on hunting\nThorough understanding of dual shore business model and related win themes and value propositions\nMust have hunting experience in acquiring new blue-chip customers\nVery comfortable communicating / selling to customers in US\nProven track record in winning long-term strategic deals\nHigh-energy and passion for success\nStrong emotional EQ and emotional resiliency\nPleasant / likable personality\n\nAttitude And Interpersonal Skills You Will Bring:\n\nClear And Critical Thinking\nOpenness / Willingness To Give / Receive Feedback From Customers And Colleagues\nExceptional Communication / Presentation / Listening\nEntrepreneurial Hunger To Grow New Business\nAesthetic Sense, Positive / Optimistic Mindset
