Frontend Developer (ReactJS + InertiaJS)

Recooty is an AI-powered recruitment platform that helps companies automate hiring — from job postings to candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling. We build scalable SaaS products used by customers globally, with a strong focus on performance, usability, and clean code.

We are looking for a Frontend Developer who will be responsible for building intuitive, fast, and scalable user interfaces using ReactJS with InertiaJS, integrated with a Laravel backend.

You will work closely with backend developers, designers, QA, and product managers to deliver high-quality features and seamless user experiences.

• Develop and maintain frontend features using ReactJS + InertiaJS
\n
• Work closely with Laravel backend APIs and controllers
\n
• Convert UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable components

• Ensure responsive design across devices and browsers
\n
• Optimize frontend performance and loading times
\n
• Handle state management and frontend routing via InertiaJS
\n
• Integrate third-party libraries and APIs

• Collaborate with QA to fix UI/UX bugs and edge cases

• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code

• 1–3 years of experience in Frontend Development
\n
• Strong proficiency in ReactJS
\n
• Hands-on experience with InertiaJS
\n
• Good understanding of Laravel and server-driven apps
\n
• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
\n
• Experience with component-based architecture
\n
• Familiarity with REST APIs
\n
• Experience with Git version control
\n
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
\n

• Experience working on SaaS products

• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS or modern CSS frameworks

• Familiarity with Vite / Webpack

• Understanding of authentication & role-based access
