HR Coordinator

We’re looking for an HR Coordinator who will be the first friendly voice candidates hear from Recooty. You’ll conduct first-level calls with potential candidates, assist in managing our internal HR operations, and help build a happy, high-performing team culture.

This role is perfect for someone who’s confident on calls, enjoys working with people, and wants to grow fast in recruitment and people operations.

• Conduct first-level screening calls with candidates and assess communication, experience, and interest.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate feedback loops.

• Maintain candidate data and hiring status in Recooty ATS.
  \n

• Support employer branding by ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.

• Help manage onboarding and documentation for new hires.

• Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records accurately.
  \n
\n
• Support internal communications, announcements, and engagement initiatives.
  \n

• Assist the HR lead/founder with performance tracking, feedback, and culture activities.
