We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Telecaller to join our dynamic team in Dewas. • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our products and services.

• Maintain a detailed record of interactions and transactions with clients.

• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information regarding our offerings.

• Identify and qualify new sales leads through effective questioning techniques.

• Achieve weekly and monthly targets set by the management.

• Follow up with potential customers to uncover their needs and concerns.

• Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance customer engagement.
\n
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

• Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve processes.
\n
• Continuously update your knowledge on product offerings and market trends.

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a relevant field is a plus.
\n
• Proven experience as a telecaller or similar role in a sales environment.
\n
• Strong verbal communication skills with a persuasive speaking style.
\n
• Ability to handle objections and provide solutions effectively.
\n
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
\n
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
\n
• Good interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented attitude.

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• Fluency in Hindi and English; knowledge of local dialects is an advantage.
