Content Management Architect:

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, govern, and optimize content strategy across the ServiceNow platform.
2. Ensure delivery of highquality, consistent, reusable, and businessaligned content across Knowledge Management, Service Portal, Virtual Agent, and Employee Center.
3. Define and enforce content architecture and standards aligned with UX Framework and Next Experience principles.
4. Establish and manage endtoend content lifecycle governance, including creation, review, publishing, maintenance, and retirement.
5. Align content structure with enterprise taxonomy, metadata standards, compliance requirements, and user experience guidelines.
