BA Loan IQ

Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and system requirements for Loan IQ-related initiatives.
5 years of hands-on experience working with Loan IQ.
Strong functional knowledge of Loan IQ modules and lending workflows.
Act as the primary liaison between business users, lending operations, technology teams, and external vendors.
Conduct detailed gap analysis and define target-state processes within the Loan IQ ecosystem.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and technical requirements.
Support Loan IQ implementation, configuration, enhancements, upgrades, and integration projects.
Facilitate requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution design sessions.
Create and maintain business process models, use cases, workflow diagrams, business rules, and data mapping documents.
Collaborate closely with development and integration teams during design, build, testing, and deployment phases.
Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production validation, and defect resolution.
Analyze and troubleshoot functional issues related to Loan IQ workflows and lending operations.
Coordinate with upstream and downstream application teams to ensure seamless integrations.
Support release planning, change management, deployment activities, and post-production support.
Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, compliance, and operational standards within the corporate banking environment.
