RoleSummary:

This role involves managing day-to-day office administration, facilities operations, vendor coordination, and workplace services to ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • Overseefacilitiesmanagementservicesandensuresmoothofficeoperations.
  • Managevendors,serviceproviders,andmaintenancecontractorswhileensuringservicequalityandSLAcompliance.
  • Coordinateofficeadministrationactivities,includingreception,housekeeping,pantryoperations,security,andvisitormanagement.
  • Monitorofficeinfrastructure,equipment,andmaintenancerequirementstoensureseamlessfunctioning.
  • Handleprocurementofofficesuppliesandfacility-relatedserviceswhileoptimizingcosts.
  • Supportemployeeengagementactivities,officeevents,andworkplaceinitiatives.
  • Maintainfacilityrecords,vendordocumentation,invoices,andservicereports.
  • Drivecontinuousimprovementsinadministrativeandfacilitiesprocesses.

IdealCandidate:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Facilities Management, Office Administration, Vendor Management, or Workplace Services.
  • Strongexperienceincoordinatingvendors,serviceproviders,andfacilityoperations.
  • Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,includingprofessionalemailcorrespondence.
  • Strongorganizational,multitasking,problem-solving,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
  • Experienceinprocurement,vendornegotiations,andcontractmanagement.
  • ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word,PowerPoint,Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
