RoleSummary:
This role involves managing day-to-day office administration, facilities operations, vendor coordination, and workplace services to ensure a safe, efficient, and employee-friendly work environment.
KeyResponsibilities:
- Overseefacilitiesmanagementservicesandensuresmoothofficeoperations.
- Managevendors,serviceproviders,andmaintenancecontractorswhileensuringservicequalityandSLAcompliance.
- Coordinateofficeadministrationactivities,includingreception,housekeeping,pantryoperations,security,andvisitormanagement.
- Monitorofficeinfrastructure,equipment,andmaintenancerequirementstoensureseamlessfunctioning.
- Handleprocurementofofficesuppliesandfacility-relatedserviceswhileoptimizingcosts.
- Supportemployeeengagementactivities,officeevents,andworkplaceinitiatives.
- Maintainfacilityrecords,vendordocumentation,invoices,andservicereports.
- Drivecontinuousimprovementsinadministrativeandfacilitiesprocesses.
IdealCandidate:
- 3-4 years of experience in Facilities Management, Office Administration, Vendor Management, or Workplace Services.
- Strongexperienceincoordinatingvendors,serviceproviders,andfacilityoperations.
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills,includingprofessionalemailcorrespondence.
- Strongorganizational,multitasking,problem-solving,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
- Experienceinprocurement,vendornegotiations,andcontractmanagement.
- ProficiencyinMicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word,PowerPoint,Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
