Job Description Senior Vice President & India Business Head - Digital, Cloud , Data/AI, Cybersecurity Location: India (Mumbai) Experience: 20+ Years Industry: IT services Key Responsibilities & Strategic Impact Areas: Business Leadership & P& L Ownership Lead the India business with full revenue, margin, and growth accountability. Develop a multi-year strategic plan for the India market aligned to global priorities in Digital, Cloud , Data/AI and Cyber. Build a scalable operating model that supports high growth while maintaining delivery excellence. Experience & Qualifications: 20+ years of leadership experience in IT services, digital engineering, cloud transformation, or data/AI services. Proven track record of building and scaling a business in India with strong revenue growth. Strong enterprise sales leadership experience-both new logo acquisition and expansion. Demonstrated success in building and managing hyperscaler and OEM partnerships. Deep understanding of digital transformation, cloud architectures, AI/ML, and modern data platforms. Strong executive presence with outstanding client-facing, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience managing P& L of significant scale. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
