Required Skills & Qualifications

4+ years of backend development experience, with strong expertise in Python and FastAPI.
Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and distributed systems.
Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes and containerization.
Exposure to any cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Demonstrated proficiency in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
